After speaking to four other architects, I had settled for a reduced size loft extension since I was told I would not be allowed to use the full space.Thankfully Javed at Get Rapid Plans was recommended to me. He explained how it was possible to maximize the space and was very helpful even on an initial consultation. Soon after I changed my architect to Get Rapid Plans and have had my loft plans approved. Since then I have decided to do a first-floor extension and am using Get Rapid Plans again. I would highly recommend them.
