Job title: Customer Care Service Engineer

Due to an increase in business, we are looking to add a further Service Engineer to our Customer Care team. The role is available immediately and duties include providing all aspects of aftercare and service to our growing customer base, carrying out repairs, adjustments and assessments to the highest standards of workmanship and customer service. We are looking for a positive, hardworking problem solver to join our established team. A working knowledge of uPVC windows, doors and bifolds is essential and experience within a similar role is desirable.
Candidates must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in Fenestration / Window and Door Installation, hold a valid CSCS card in addition to a full UK driver's license.
The role includes travelling to and from sites and customer homes, therefore a Company vehicle will be provided once initial training is complete.
The contracted working week is 40 hours Monday to Friday set between the hours of 6am and 6pm (to meet customer demand). Overtime is also available.
Salary is set at £19,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience.
