High performance Fabric which is lightweight, highly breathable, fast wicking and quick drying to enable Therrmal Regulation, providing cooling through the evaporation of your perspiration on the outer surface of the material. Also, because the fabric dries quickly it provides more warmth after exercise than a fabric such as cotton for example which remains wet for a long time and therefore looses heat very quickly.
Hence its cool when your hot and warm as you cool down following exercise so it provides Thermal Regulation.
Washing Instructions

Machine wash with the garment inside out, in warm water at 40C/104F.
Do not use biological detergents.
Do not dry clean.
DO NOT use fabric softeners or bleach.
Wash dark colours seperately
Drip Dry away from heat, do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
