The Balneario (aquatic centre with sea water, the largest in Europe) is 800 m away. Animals and smokers not allowed. Youth groups not allowed. A deposit of 250 euros is required on arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed once the inventory of fixtures has been made at the end of the stay and if there has been no damage. For reservations, a deposit is required (30% of the total rental price). Guests will receive a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made up to 3 weeks before arrival. A 50% refund will be given if the cancellation is made up to 1 week before arrival.
