This lovely, newly renovated mini villa is wonderfully situated overlooking the Ionian Sea in Perama, Corfu - just a short ride away from Corfu Town. The house sleeps up to 4 people. It is finished to an extremely high standard with tasteful quality furnishings and has all mod cons - including a full solid wood kitchen complete with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. It has an oven/hob, a large fridge freezer and microwave. It has an open plan lounge/kitchen, leading to a small hallway to the bathroom which is fully tiled with a walk in shower and has a concealed washing machine. The large bedroom has a double wardrobe, vanity table and mirror. All windows have wonderful views and have flyscreens and blinds. Pick up from the airport and a welcome pack is included in the price.

Outside is a large terrace where You can watch the early morning sunrise over the sea and mountains on the mainland.

There are two (local) supermarkets, a car hire/motorcycle rental, a tour agent, hotels (with use of their pool), a beach and the bus stop just two minutes down the hill. The bus takes you into town or the other way into Benitses and several beaches along the way. There are several tavernas nearby and the famous Pontikonisi (Mouse Island) and Vlacherna Monastery (Lead photo) are a very short distance away. (Last photo is of Perama Beach)

We also live close by and are on hand if anything is needed.

The house is on a hill (hence the views), therefore a medium level of fitness is required.
